Athens city tour in English and French:

Departure for Panathinaikos Stadium (first Olympic Games in 1896).

Pass by the Ministers' Residence of the Prime, Ex Royal Palace, (guarded by colorful Evzones) Zappion (Conference and Exhibition Hall).

Continue passing Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus.

Continue passing by National Garden, Hadrian's Arch, St. Paul's Church, Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Schliemann's House (Nomismatic Museum), the Catholic Cathedral of the Academy, the University, the National Library, Old Parliament, Constitution Square, the Russian Orthodox Church, and finally Acropolis (visit Propylaea, the temple of Athena Nike, Parthenon, Erechtheion with its Porch of Maidens.

Continue with a short pleasant walk passing Herodion and Dionysus Theater, to visit the new Acropolis Museum.

The main attractions such as votives, everyday objects, statues from the archaic period, caryatids, and of course the Parthenon hall with the metopes and frieze will impress you.

Saronic Cruise Full day

Leave Athens early in the morning (approximate 07:15) by bus to Trocantero (Flisvos Marina).Board the cruise ship and sail to the island of Aegina, (optional visit to the famous temple of Athena).

Cruise through the streets of the beautiful island of Poros (tour).

Lunch on board then to Hydra Island (time for shopping or swimming).Sailing Return to Trocantero port (Flisvos Marina) and transfer by bus to Athens

Full day in ARGOLIDA

Leaving Athens and first short stop will be at the Corinth Canal before continuing to the archaeological site of Mycenae, home to the mythical kingdom of Agamemnon.

Visit the Palace, the Lioness Gate and the tomb of Agamemnon.

Before lunch, an optional stop at a pottery factory.After lunch, by ARGOS proceed to Nafplio the first capital of modern Greece with its Venetian fortress Palamède and the fortified islet of BOURTZI (brief stop).

Continue to Epidaurus and visit the ancient theater.The UNESCO World Heritage monument is renowned as the birthplace of Asklepios son of Apollo, the healer and was the most famous healing center in the classical world.

Epidaurus is probably most famous for its theater, one of the most beautiful preserved classical Greek buildings and still in use today due to its incredible acoustics.
