MARRAKECH - OUARZAZATE- ZAGORA

Day 1

CASABLANCA:

Arrival and transfer to Marrakech,

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2

MARRAKECH TOUR:

Breakfast and visit the city of Marrakech.Among others, we will see the Koutoubia mosque, symbol of Marrakech, and the El Bahia palace.We continue with the famous Jemaa El Fna square, the “Place of Miracles”.

Jemaa El Fna Square is the symbol of Marrakech, where a magical spectacle takes place every day, made up of makeshift outdoor stalls, snake charmers, storytellers, witches, always in combination with the hundreds of shops that sprout from the souks.

We will also visit the magnificent Majorelle gardens, the Yves Saint Laurent museum.Optional dinner “For the evening, we recommend the ChezAli folkloric show as an option” or dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3

MARRAKECH – OUARZAZAT:

Breakfast and departure to Ouarzazate, the “Gate of the Desert”, former fortress of the Foreign Legion.Through the magical High Atlas Mountains and the famously impressive Tizin Tichka Pass at 2260m, we will pass through mountainous valleys and landscapes full of traditional Berber huts and houses, known as ksour.

Visit the city which has two of the most beautiful cabins in Morocco.The Taouirt kasbah (exterior visit), the former residence of Pacha Glaoui, with the towers rising from the traditional houses, will fascinate you.

The second kasbah, Ait Benhadou, is 30 km from Ouarzazate and is truly unique.It has been declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.Arrival at the hotel.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4

OUARZAZATE – ZAGORA:

After breakfast departure towards Zagora, through the Draa valley with beautiful little oases, numerous ruined huts and Bedouin caravans.

With the last stop in the immense 200 km long palm forest we will reach Zagora.

We will visit the Tinfou dunes near the border with Algeria and return to Ouarzazate at the end of the afternoon.

Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5

OUARZAZAT – MARRAKECH:

After breakfast return to Marrakech.

Day 6

MARRAKECH- AIRPORT:

Free time and transfer to Marrakech airport.

Included:

  • Accommodation in hotels in Marrakech (2), Ouarzazate (2), Marrakech (1)
  • Half board.

At Ali something magical

A fairy tale setting was installed in a desert setting on the outskirts of Marrakech.

Berbers in traditional costumes serve local specialties under the awnings with soft pillows, we enjoy the music and dance of the different tribes that have inhabited Morocco for centuries.Then we watch the equestrian competitions and horse races with purebred Arab eyes like those of the sheikhs of the Orient.

Torches flicker and belly dancers rock to the sound of the desert.
